The Moqueur roux is a private cottage available for rent from May to October. This country-style cottage is ideal for family holidays. Located 40 meters from our private beach, this open space cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Also, this cottage has three bedrooms on the second floor. Two rooms with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains while you sip your morning coffee on the terrace.
Additional information
All cottages are equipped with a gas BBQ, outdoor fire pit, umbrella, board games and bedding except bed sheets and personal belongings.

Gas and electricity included for weekly stays only. Note that gas and electricity are not included for monthly or seasonal stays (low and between season).
Bed sheets and towels are not included.
Booking conditions
We require a deposit equivalent to 40% of your stay when making your reservation. The balance will be payable upon arrival at our site.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, you have up to one month before the date of your arrival so that the domain refunds you the whole of your deposit (we don’t refund administration costs of $50). In case of late cancellation, no refund.
